TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on or use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Providing false information about your age constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination. We reserve the right to request verification of age at any time and to terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on this Platform. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM):We maintain a zero-tolerance policy. Any such content will be immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
• Doxxing:Posting or threatening to post another person's private information (real name, address, phone number, workplace, etc.) without their consent is prohibited.
• Solicitation of Violence: Content that credibly threatens, incites, glorifies, or solicits violence against any individual or group is prohibited.
• Illegal Content: Any content that violates United States federal law is prohibited, including but not limited to content related to human trafficking, terrorism, and the distribution of controlled substances.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you post, upload, share, or otherwise make available on the Platform. The Platform acts as a provider of an interactive computer service and is not the publisher or speaker of any user-generated content. In accordance with Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), the Platform shall not be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by users. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from content you post.

4. Content Removal & Account Termination

We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or permanently terminate any user account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, reports from other users, or any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or its community. Decisions regarding content removal and account termination are final.

5. Privacy

When you create an account, we collect the following personal information: username, email address, first name, and date of birth. This information is used to operate the Platform and provide our services to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. 6. DMCA & Copyright

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on this Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a notice of claimed infringement to the Platform administrator. Your notice must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. We will respond to valid takedown requests in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Louisiana.
